Howl's Moving Castle fanart featuring Howl and his sister Megan, before they were famous, as it were. They have what you'd call a hate/ok-going-now-kthnxbye kind of relationship. Since Calcifer described Howl as 'terribly vain for such a plain man with mud-coloured hair' I'm assuming he's naturally a brunette like Megan. (Who knows for sure?)

And no, I don't think any Welsh school would dream of having the national flag for a tie. That would be kind of silly. :D But they were beginning to look like Slytherins so I had to do something! :p

I'm confused... who's Megan? He has a sister? I'm more familiar with the book than with the recent movie and they are quite different in many ways. It's a lovely picture though :).

Actually, the Welsh are very patriotic, and extremely proud of their dragon, so I bet they would have uniforms with dragons on....except how would you tie a necktie and get the dragon in the right place?

I love his half-doped/not-really-there expression. Suits the book Howell so well. (I think his natural color is black though, as we find out later in the book)

Did the wrinkles on his sleeve take you ages? Cause I have the hardest damn time with wrinkles. :X

I like how smooth her hair looks. Not flat-iron smooth, but more of a naturally-not-frizzy thing. I dunno. I want it. ;P

And whazzat thing in his hand? It looks like a glowing tomoato. :XD:
